Great app. I love it. I can make customized products with this. Awesome. I understand that so many people request for installing services, so that I have to wait quite long. But it's ok. The service is good. Thank you.

Where do i start, Samantha first and then Rony. Both were outstanding, i was for sure a headache to chat with, although the lovely two people would never admit it.

Aryan also very good the following day. Thank you.

They were amazing, any problem was never too big and they went through all my questions with great attitude, with smile emojis all the way from beginning to end.

I couldn't actually believe how helpful they were, a massive credit to your business/team.

We are very disappointed with support. They cannot solve the problems with missed options and order printer. Right now all options are mixed up when we have two items purchased. Stay away! This costs us hundreds of dollars a week. We have been promised for months that the problem will be solve but it has not.

Shopify has said that this order printer issue is a Bold Commerce problem and they cannot and will not help.

" MC " was fantastic! She showed me the link of where to add the option i was looking for. Since I'm a bit of a newb, she logged into our site for us, and fixed it all up. Thank you so much! We own about 15 other e-commerce stores, and will definitely keep using and recommending BOLD apps!

Has good options and does everything I need in terms of adding variable options to products beyond the standard Shopify features. That said, the level of modifications is very large and it's scary to think of what might happen should it ever stop working.

Very bad app. Full of bugs, complicated to operate, not working properly.
If you want to add one simple field to several products, it will do the job. But if you need a little more sophisticated options than that, the mess starts.
Highly not recommended

The Bold App has allowed us to increase the variant options on the products we sell which has been wonderful. Support is great and one of their experts spent time with us on the phone helping us walk through the set up.
