Super easy set up. I tried creating fields on my own (for customization of products), but I failed. So I tried out this app, and it works great. I seriously don't have a lot of time to kill running my business and raising my small kiddos, so I really appreciate how easy this was. Thank you Tamer!

I took a look into your requests and I just wanted to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication that has come from our end regarding your escalated installation. It normally takes a few business days for our Tier 2 team to test and work on more complex issues, however you absolutely should have received better communication than what was given (which was none, from what I can see).
On behalf of our customer service team, I just wanted to once again say how sorry I am for the lack of communication. It's certainly not how we aim to conduct ourselves, and this certainly should have been handled a lot differently.
One of our specialists has reached out to you in order to discuss the entirety of this issue (and your original request) further, and we hope to be able to rectify things with you. However, we also understand you need to do what's best for your business, even if that means using a different app.
Just what we needed! With only 100 variations allowed on normal listings, this was a life saver. Saves time and effort right out of the box. A must have.
We've been really happy so far, they got it installed quickly and the options and conditional logic are perfect for the items that we offer monograms on!
When you need to collect some data and include add ons. This app is great. Most of my products use the Product options and it’s boosted my sales.
On the customer service side, they are extremely knowledgeable and quick, most recently, Within sending an email, Nicholas had already made some changes as I requested within in 25min. A+ in my book.

Exactly what I needed for a new mailbox with twelve color options for the outer shell and door (144 variants)! Very easy to use and efficient. I'm going to use it with my curbside mailbox to make the post and numbers product options. Should help drive sales! Awesome customer service too. Very satisfied!
Prompt attention to a self-made problem I was having.
This app has given us the option to offer more menu selections in our Shopify Store and we have been very happy. We did have one glitch with some old code and I was not able to fix it myself, I reached out to Bold Products Option customer support, there one of their staff Alina, had responded immediately and was there for me until the issues was quickly resolved. She even fixed some things with our code while she was in there. This was a great customer service experience for me. Thank you Alina and Bold Product Options!
