The ability to display all the possible combinations of options our manufacturers have is a major consideration for us. Product Options does it! Have been using the Customer Pricing app in another store and knew Product Options would deliver as described. Because of our theme, installation was a bit trickier and the Bold customer service was efficient and, supportive. Quick and pleasant response on a couple of tweaks and the app is performing very well.
The boys (and gals) at Bold get the job done! Having recently updated my Shopify store theme, I ran into issues with our product options app. Unbeknownst to me, I did not know changing the store theme would be such a task. Having also launched a regional tv ad to promote our business we submitted an urgent request for assistance and their support team did not disappoint. This app is an absolute lifesaver. I had no idea how I was going to use the other product customization application to set pricing based on the various custom options that our products offer include. With more than 1,000 products with customization options, I was dreading my decision to get in this niche.
