I was having a bit of an issue transferring one color option to another product. Open live chat and got Art who immediately understood the problem and set to work fixing it for me too. Are and the guys at Bold Sam and Rifat are fantastic to work with.

I've been using Bold apps for about a year now. Specifically, I love Bold options the most. We have an EXTENSIVE array of options and conditional logic that needs to be applied to each product. No other app even comes close.

We had this app on our older version of our site, and it worked well -- but when we moved to 2.0, we noticed that it wasn't compatible at the time. We searched for an alternative, and tried 5 other apps but none of them were able to do what Bold was able to do for us originally. We reached out to the team about it, and they were able to do a manual install on our new 2.0 site. They even were able to go in and make some tweaks that allowed for even better functionality.
So far, it's working perfectly! Shoutout to Ahmed for being so great with communicating with me and the prompt updates to the app! :)

Wouldnt have a business without this app! Really hoping that they catch up and over take the competitors with a live preivew and live image preview app.. I've been using BOLD product options for over 6 years. It's an integral part of running our personalized anniversary gifts business. We have very complex options and tons of different products that include if/then conditional logic. It is ALL possible with this app! Honestly if it weren't for this app, I'd probably have to pay thousands to get a custom website developed, and would dread that.
The customer service is superb. I have contacted them over 25 times over the years and they are very helpful. Most recently, the agent over live chat fixed 2 custom code tweaks for me in less than 10 mins!
Have been using the app for a while. I had some issues that I needed to address and Rony was great at walking me through and getting everything back up to speed.
I installed this app excited to add additional custom options to our store. I was disappointed at first because the options did not match well with my store's theme. I was also frustrated with working with their chat customer service. I was asking them to help me figure out how to change the look of the options to match my theme. The person I was chatting with was not very helpful and kept referring me to change the display settings. Thankfully they referred me to someone else, David, who had more knowledge about fixing the cosmetic issue of having the options match my website. Thank you, David, for helping me, I am now very happy that the options look more seamless with the branding and look of our online store.
