It's easy to use and does exactly what it says.
Have a problem with the pushing down as it overlays the top of the page on Brooklyn theme. Took care of this by not appearing on first page - but that should be addressed.

This app is a great rotating announcement bar for tileclub.com . Being able to customize by campaign, page and etc. adds great value.
