Merchants appreciate this app for its strong customer support and technical help, including coding and installation. I would personally avoid if you can. Not quite sure how it has such great reviews... Not only is the customer support terribly slow but the app does not even allow you to use your themes checkout. It instead creates an unsightly checkout experience with way too many steps involved thus reducing the likelihood of a customer even purchasing a plan.

App is very useful for creating memberships! My store uses multiple tiers of yearly memberships, and Bold Memberships has met my needs for customer tagging and is easy to add as well! Customer support has been fantastic as well, Naman from Bold support helped change back end areas to customize my store!

I really enjoy using all of the Bold Apps that are linked to my store. I just added the Memberships app and Marty was so quick in getting it installed on the back end for me.

I needed a membership website that restricted pages - simply put I LOVE this app!

Only thing is I think I may be missing something, I have to put in the products twice, one for my regular shop and another price for my members which takes a long time with them being digital downloads - is there a feature Im missing to make the products a different price for members?

All the same I am loving the app - very good value and easy to setup and use 5*****

This app will not work with any modern themes. Over 2 years since Shopify deprecated the 'include' tag and Bold havent bothered to update their theme.

The customer service is outstanding. Honestly don't know what the other people were talking about in their one star review. The app work great and if there's any issues some is the to help both though message and phone. One top of the if you have a dev or any coding experience this is a versatile platform.
