We are using Return Prime app from last 2 months now and we love the app as all return and exchange handling is easy and straight forward. It’s a really good App, and even better is their Support. The support from the team is excellent with quick resolutions.
Return Prime has helped us to manage the returns easily. It increased the customer experience for our customers. The timely and effective support. Efforts they've put deserves an appreciation especially Shubham from the team, thanks a lot:)

It's an awesome app when it come to smooth return/exchange customer experience, that too with your own branded return page. In the earlier app we there were not much options to return and re-ship the return items to the customer, but with this app we can do all that with much ease. The team is also very supportive particularly Shubham who helped us very much during onboarding process and was very proactive & patient towards resolving our queries even after onboarding.
Just one thing if you guys can introduce the bulk refund in a single order, means if there are multiple products to be refunded in a single return request then we have to issue the total refund by mapping one product only instead of all the product.

I'm not savvy at all with regard to adding Apps and making sure they work and function properly. But I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with Greeva with Return Prime customer service. Greeva was able to assist me with setting up my account with ease. Basically, Greeva said, sit back and let me get you setup! This was one of the best customer service experiences that I ever experienced.
