Good not great but cheap compared to Returnly and Loop Returns. Recommended if you don't have a lot of returns to deal with and don't want to spend hundreds for app of the kind.

The app was very difficult to set up and configure to a usable level. I do like having a built-in return option for my customers, but this is mostly a manual process once the shopper requests the return and you approve it.

Update - the developer was helpful in getting the configuration as close as possible to how we wanted it to work. There is still some manual actions that you have to take as the product is returned, refunded, etc. I wish those things were automated - especially if we use their Tracking App in conjuction with the Return App. Keeping my fingers crossed they are working on that as it would automate the process.

Support has been so terrible I have had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star. We had a great year with this app but it suddenly broke down and the support has been useless to say the least. I have been working with them in chat and email back and forth daily for two weeks and they frequently just tell me the issue is my courier account even though it's THEIR discounted USPS account that is now broken. Their app won't allow the courier to be deleted and my new personal courier accounts that have been added are not working either.

I was looking for an easy way to handle returns. I was lucky to find this app. First of all, it's free. Secondly, it allows you to organize your store's returns in a very professional way. My customers are clear on how to return items and don't normally feel the need to email me and ask what to do. Thank you
