Perfect ! This app is wonderful !
The app does it job and is great value for a free app. However, it is a really difficult setup. Confusing. I feel the setup for the app and tutorial guides was written by technical people or people with existing experience that assume everyone will understand the process. If you are a new store owner, you might be sending a lot of emails to their support team. Yes, they have a helpful and good support team. Just wish they could have explained the entire process better. I found myself looking at other apps tutorials just to understand the entire returns process and how shipping labels work etc....
They used to be so good but now they changed around there whole system and its no longer in the shopify app portal. it really suxx! I would pay for the old version!
I need to delete and find something new!

Without AfterShip, I have no idea how I would be able to manage returns. They make it really easy to streamline the process and I couldn't be happier.
Awesome customer services, you can ask everything with the online support. Almost instantly. And useful app to track the return of our store.
ATTENTION when using for international returns! After one month of using the app, international returns couldn't be processed anymore because the HS Code wasn't fetched correctly and provided to the carrier. Unfortunately, this makes the app useless for international returns since the only solution offered was to completely manual insert every return label information for each return - makes the app completely useless for this matter. Unfortunately, the customer support is not giving any update for 2 months, just saying they are working on it - same answers over and over. When asking for more specific information or an ETA the answer is "No ETA has been shared". Very unhelpful, especially if you are paying for the service.
