Amazing app. Very easy to use. The refund ad exchange process is very good. Even the return form is fully customisable.

Good about this app:
1. have own subdomain URL for the return page
2. Absolutely free!
3. Easy to follow instructions for customer
4. Providing a link for return on shop gives customer more confidence when making a purchase decision.

Suggestion:
1. Provide a place for the customer to submit returning item shipment track number.
2. Good to have exchange instruction template.
