Our company didn't believe this service could make it easier for us to manage any returns, but we were wrong. The average time spent on returns processing was cut by half and it's easier for customers as well. Now, they don't need to email/message us first and wait for a reply before sending the products back.

One of my most valuable apps. Really helpful. Worth every penny. Have it for months now and REALLY takes away the stress of answering 500 emails about how to return stuff. Never had an issue with the app and today wanted to print my invoices and couldn't find them (wasn't looking on the right place) and Customer Service was amazing. Thanks guys!

I really do like the app but the customer service isn't the best. I reached out for a question about my return window being 14 days (I had a customer submit a request well after her 14 days had past. - months) I was advised to refer to a screenshot of my return window. I wanted to know how this was possible. I never recvd a response. Only until I advised I would write a review.

AfterShip has really freed up a lot of time for our warehouse team no longer having to do so much work with returns and exchanges. On top of that we have a great idea of why certain items are getting returned so we can correct any problems.
