Rush is one of the best tracking apps on Shopify! Honestly, probably the best tracking app out there. Nice UX, great support and the back office is easy and works well for our business to grow every day! I recommend Rush strongly!

I started my online business importing products from around the world which could lead to very unhappy customers not being updated about their product delivery. Rush helped me keep a clear understanding from them and avoid too many "where is my order" chats, emails and messages in general, I don't have to do that anymore since customers can do it themselves and with a branded page easy to configure

Noen ganger opplever vi lengre oppfyllelsestider, og muligheten til å vise meldinger som "Ordrebehandling", etterfulgt av "Ordresammenstilling", og en annen melding over en periode er spilllader. Dette alene reduserer kundene fra å ta kontakt for å sjekke om bestillingen deres vil bli sendt, eller i verste fall tilbakeføre oss direkte hvis de ikke ser noe.
