Very good customer service. But the tracking for out of delivery does not sync well. They have a group, where there is an active community

Having tested many tracking apps ( having 7 installed on our Shopify platform and follow them all on a daily basis for weeks now) and found that the majority is having all major problems recognising the couriers we use (DB Schenker Sweden, DHL, UPS, PostNord). At least with this platform there is a huge amount of control in respect to Courier mapping, which is here the most advanced I have seen so far! Tracking information needs to be 100% accurate otherwise it would make no sense to use it at all. + it must run reliable and run in the back ground. When we book a shipment the tracking info is send to Shopify (from our courier platform) and then the racking app should update the tracking link to their tracking page. This needs to work and with the wrong courier mapping this would not work at all. So far all other apps failed here massively. Looks like Rush is outperforming them all. Also the tracking page needs to be clear and not cluttered. I have found only 1 other app which is maybe as good (design wise) but that app was also having problems with the couriers. So it looks like I am going to stick with Rush. Definitely one of the most advanced in terms of upselling possibilities because that is the ultimate goal, but foremost: The tracking data needs to be clear and accurate which it is. Support? Good, fast, helpful and of course very knowledgeable. So I think it needs to be 5 star.

I got this app vs 2 other mainstream apps that are similar in pricing and features because I tried out the other 2 and I was not a fan simply because they would barely help me with my needs and did not really have what I wanted... But with RUSH, I downloaded and tried out some of the features and asked their customer service team if I can do some more extra things I wanted, and they have been fully cooperative and helping every step of the way !

Really love this app, it is the best shipping/tracking app I have ever used and the features are 10x better and more advanced than my previous one. The customer service team is also amazing and will help with anything you need in a timely manner.

Great customer service by Ken Michael. I had a problem and he helped me fix it really fast. excited to use the app on my store
Edit: Changed from 5 stars to 1 star. after 1 year of use, the app has become unfunctional. I cannot change the carrier when the wrong carrier is assigned. The order does not show any update when in reality there are updates when I check from other websites with the same tracking number. The customer service is closing the chat on me without replying maybe because they are annoyed by me asking them to fix their app. The best app that i have on my store has now become the worst and is not hurting my business. Very unfortunate.

Old review: Great app! I use it in 3 of my stores and it is perfect. It is a must have and the customer service is immaculate. - June 18, 2022

New review: Used it on all my stores, now rethinking.

When Rush first launched, it was great. I loved it and used it on all my e-commerce stores. Kril the founder was extremely supportive(he is not there anymore). Now, after being dependent on the app, the customer service is not as supportive and I am currently looking at alternatives.

Shame how things change.

This app does exactly what I needed. To show my customers their order tracking information, but on our website. The tracking page design looks very nice. Also the support from customer service is really good. We received help within minutes and were able to change the settings so that te page looked exactly like we wanted.

The Rush team is on their A game over there. The on-boarding process was seamless. To optimize the app even further than it already is, they offered to setup and integrate special flows within our Klaviyo platform (game changer). The app has so MANY great features that are needed, with such an awesome team behind it (Gabriel & Ken you guys rock!). HIGHLY recommend you get this app.
