It was super easy except we did a free gift with every order and that was not an option in your choices. But overall very simple and a nice canvas.
Can anyone tell me how to set up an automated welcome email? I can't seem to figure out how to do that. I like the layouts and design, but I might need to switch to another app, if I can't streamline this a bit.
Thank you for taking the time to write your review and ask your question! You can indeed set up a welcome email for new customers within Shopify, but it is not done directly within the Shopify Email app. This can instead be set up within the Automations section of the Marketing tab in the Shopify admin.

We wanted to be more integrated as a shop, so we pulled our email list into Shopify Email. It was easy to use, but without many features I have come to love from other email newsletter platforms. The list of fonts is very disappointing, and I would love to see a line break option (a simple line to drop in between sections of a newsletter). With some more options like this, as well as the option to size the photos, I think this could work really well for us. As it is, it worked fine!

I used the app to finally utlitize my growing email list, I've had problems in the past trying mail chimp and gsuite, i'm glad there was something easy to use. I got a sale within 5 hours of the simple email, the templates were easy to use. Please offer email addresses linked to my domain without google, trying to access google messes up on my shared computer due to kids who use it for school.

Just wanted to send an email to all my subscribers. It did it. Perfect. Now I need to make up the rest of the 100 characters which almost makes me reduce the score to a 4 out of 5
It literally sends emails to the most simple schedule ever. It does nothing of any use. What are you charging for? Something as simple as this should be free across all plans!
