My company has been using Smile for a while and it has been a great investment in retaining customers and their customer service for an issue I had today was excellent! Would recommend this app to other stores for a rewards program

We have 3 Shopify websites and use Smile for rewards on all of them. We have been very happy with this app and our customers love our rewards program. Smile also has a great support team. I recently talked to David and he was very kind, responsive and quickly helped me resolve our issue!

I am a month or so into using this app and it's definately worth it. It was easy to get going and my customers have fun using it. It definately creates customer loyalty and enthusiasm.

I really do like this app. I have customers who have signed up for my loyalty rewards. It is easy to see when customers earn points and see when new customers sign up for the rewards program. Each customer has their own account which you can look at, see the points they have earned, see their referral link, now if they could just add something to be able to offer double or triple points for specific time period.

This has been a beautiful app to work with in comparison to our previous rewards app. The service is exceptional as well. There are a few intuitive pieces I would like to adjust but it's very user-friendly
