Just started the app on a whim and when I finally got around to tweeking the points system, there were already 5 sign-ups in 48 hours! Can't wait to publish the loyalty rewards program and see the response from our clients!

I like this app. App helps to create a close relationship with the client. This is very important. However, a free version is a little limited.
Great experience for both the company and our customers
Smile has been pretty seamless to set up and when I experienced a little issue, the customer service was outstanding. Joana went out of her way to step me through a solution and then fixed another problem on my site without me needing to log a separate case with Shopify or my Theme developer. I'm early into my journey using Smile but, so far, I'm really impressed by its service. Happy to recommend Smile!
