This application was okay, but when they opened up the inter gratis season it became a great application...now it’s worth the cost

Sweet Tooth has been exceeding our expectations with its conversions, customer support and simplicity. One of the features that we enjoy is the analytics, which was what won us over.

The interface is simple to use, and the program automatically generates rewards for our customers so we don't have to worry about monitoring the process.

We definitely recommend giving this application a shot and chat with their sales team to lock in a plan that works best for you!

We really enjoy Smile! It’s a bit on the expensive side (but what good programs aren’t?), but the customer service is great and the app is extremely easy to navigate within Shopify.

Our only complaint is the inability to exclude products/services from EARNING points. We have some services were we make only 20% commission, yet our customers receive full rewards points. The only work around is to manually subtract points from customer accounts after they pay (not ideal). A work around given to me by the extremely helpful and friendly service rep, Andrea, was to specify collections that would be eligible to have rewards APPLIED. While helpful if we are concerned about how the rewards are used, we are more concerned about making sure we have the ability to control what can earn points in the first place. This is a very specific problem for a niche business like our (a quilt shop), but just an FYI!

We still plan to use Smile and will likely just have to increase reward thresholds to ensure we’re not just handing out rewards like crazy!

I really like this app. It's just too expensive for a small business that's just starting out. I really hate that you cant name your discounts unless you spend $200 a/m. You'd think that would be a basic feature but its not which means that if you want to customize a reward for a certain promotion or customer you can't do it. Other than that the app is great and serves a good purpose for any business that want's to reward their customers.
