This is an impressive app with great functionalities. Jade from customer support had a lot of patience with me during the onboarding and helped me excellently.
It's not worth 1 star less but please Smile team add the Dutch language as soon as possible. (now it's mixed dutch & english in the app and that looks noobish)

Really impressed with features and ease of setup and use. We wanted something different from the usual subscription model and that would allow our customers to be advocates. This does all of that in one place.
