so far the experience has been great. easy to setup and the layout is sleek and simple as well. fit perfectly on my site.
I'm just now getting started - the app seems very easy to use and setting up probably only took 5 minutes...can't wait to see how it actually works.

I wish the app would have an easier way for customers to redeem with the POS system. Rather than customers having to bring up their phone with a code, the POS should have a button to push to redeem rewards. It would be good to know let customers know how many reward points they have via POS.

Ok program but very expensive if you have a lot of members. We ended up leaving because it was no longer cost-effective. Also our customers found it difficult to access and didn't like that they had to get a coupon code in order to redeem their points.
Incredibly easy to launch this feature onto your site. Download, choose color theme & name of program, choose program(s), launch, DONE.
