Fishkart is using SMS Notifications and it works well. Now, we can minimize the incoming calls from the Customers asking the status of their order. We were searching for this kinda App in December, 2016 and it was not there at that time. Now we have found this New App launched in April, 2017 and grabbed it.
We recommend everyone this App to notify the Customer the status of their Order. Thank you Team for your Quick replies and service.

The app is slow and not loading customer data. Would require the company to look at it so it doesn't freeze in important time

We already subscribed for premium plan for 5 months and we did not get approved for sms SENDER ID .. Customer service not helpful they asked for many documents to be filled we did all the requested documents with no results they take long time to reply your requested only the nice thing is easy to adjust the sms text

For some reason they removed the sync list feature that allows you to update your SMS list with your new customers. I've about had it with their service. From the double dipping on per sms msg costs, and charging for campaigns that their system didn't run until hours later (it is supposed to happen within 5 minutes or so), to their non-existent communication.

So far so good. Would get 5 star only if we could track how many abandoned carts we have recovered by the text message! :)

Dont trust this company and install this app. Once you have installed then they will start charging even you dint use their app. Their https://www.theconvertway.com/ chat person not replying to refund the wrongly charged subscription.
Their sales persons not attending the calls. So be aware and dont install their app. This is pakka cheating company.
