Shipping takes a billion years, but the shoes are really good quality. The finish is nice, good padding, good soles. The laces are nice. The box they also put the shoes in is good quality. I recommend this business for shoes (as I only tried the shoes).

I have had no complaints from my customers, though shipping seemed a bit slow. Quality is on the spot though. I just received a test pair of high top sneakers and they are perfect. App is easy enough to use and has a nice assortment of products. The design tool could use a few things like a create pattern and apply to all placements options. Over all 5 stars.

The design interface is easy to understand and use. I have no complaints about the products, one product had a colour misprint but they responded within a couple of hours and the right product was ready in a short time. So far I can only recommend them.
I will give 5 stars because customer service was good shipping was pretty good but quality wise not all that great but there will always be room for improvement. For a product made in China I would expect better quality because its cheaper to manufacture hence dedicating more money towards better materials. In places where it should be stitched you guys glue it. Even down to the stitching little small adjustments like that will go a long way. Please Up the quality, don't care for a price increase but bad quality can damage a brand and reputation and your sale goes down plus your reputation as well. The generator pic is totally different from the actual product. This review is based off a pair of shoes ordered.
