Really good customer service and great functional app! Sometimes, overlapping special offers don't really work quite as well but overall, I give this app a thumbs up!

I am really impressed with the customer support at USO. This was the best app that I couldn't find for my needs and they went above and beyond what I expected.The communication has been exceptional.

I have been using this app and the one before it for about a year.

Had really simple installation and first class service from the developers. More importantly it did what it was supposed to do in actually raising a healthy amount of upsells.

it was set to offer a second bag with a discount of 15% and about 20-25% customer take up. Very profitable and highly recommended.

It's useful apps, we been using this for a couple of my site I built and it's not too expensive compare with other apps around.

Conversion rate is the most important metric to any store owner. And no app increases your conversions better than ultimate special offers. It offers multiple features like upsell, bundles, bogos, etc. You don't need to download multiple apps to perform these functions as it will slow your load speed and decrease your conversions. Customer service is also impeccable.

We are a brick & mortar retail store with online shopping thanks to shopify! We offer many discounts and offers such as Buy a case of canned cat/dog food and get 13% off as well as other offers and discounts that our staff now don't have to remember or apply manually because this does it for us. We even set it up so that it automatically applies our staff discounts for our staff based on them being tagged with "Employee".

I think the best part is it also allows us to automatically apply the same in-store discounts to our online shoppers! This is huge for us and our members!

The team at Supple is VERY responsive and quick with resolutions! They have amazing customer service!

We like that there is a lot you can customize about this app. Customer service is excellent, and they can help you figure out exactly how to configure for more complicated promotions. It does almost everything we need it to do in working around Shopify's stupid refusal to allow multiple promo codes to be used on a transaction. I'd give it a 4 3/4 stars if I could, as there are just a couple other things I wish it could do, but it's by far the best app we've found for markdowns and promotions. We have been using for about 6 months and haven't experienced any of the glitches that we did with other apps. You can install and use Ultimate Special Offers with confidence.
