There is a good selection of products. It's great that they ship from the US. Customer service is quick and efficient.
It would be great if higher quality pictures could be provided as well as a template where description of and sizes of products are mandatory.

I have found that Spocket suppliers have contributed significantly to my sales, thanks to their extensive collection of trendy and popular items, as well as their consistent addition of new vendors. The customer service team, particularly Eleanor, has provided me with exceptional support throughout my experience with their services.Most of my sales have been from Spocket suppliers. The selection is large and they always add new vendors. They carry many trendy and popular items.

I'm relatively new using Spocket but I must say, their platform is fantastic for finding high-quality products for my store. I am impressed with the wide selection of items from smaller, more unique US and European businesses, which will help my shop stand out. Also Leah was a big help when I ran into a snag with duplicating my store accidentally. She is very patient, knowledgeable, clear, and polite. The support team got it fixed in a couple of days.

Customer Service Department
The overall design looks good and the products are decent, but the user interface needs significant improvement. Somehow, we've ended up with multiple accounts without intentionally signing up, which is confusing. The live chat feature is nearly impossible to use, I still haven’t managed to get it working. I'm experiencing serious difficulty just trying to initiate a conversation. There appears to be no real customer service presence here.

So far, this seems to be a great app. I've only had a short period of time to work with it, but I did work with Erwin, my Customer Success Specialist, and he has been very helpful and accessible. I hope to work further with Spocket soon to get my store stocked.

Spocket’s product selection for the Australian market is limited, which didn’t align with my business needs. The no-refund policy adds to the frustration when the service doesn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately, it didn’t provide the value I was hoping for.

I was helped by Rohini to help with the issue of a supplier not shipping out a product quickly.
Rohini was great with follow up and prompt responses to my questions. I was very please with the chat help which was very speedy as well.
I enjoy using spocket and the platform is clean and easy to navigate.

I was not permitted to confirm if Spocket could source my eco-products, because they require you to paid via "14-Trial" before you can perform a search.
Update: 1 - They have provided me with access to search their suppliers and product offerings. I stand by signup my experience as not being good. I will acknowledge the CEO was very responsive and polite in our email exchange. They actually provided me access at no cost. I will update my review after trying. Thanks
