I really appreciate being able to add Cryptocurrency products to my Shopify.com store.

I have used other Drop shipping Apps that Shopify.com suggest including Aliexpress, none of the other Apps come close in terms of professionalism and Spocket.com has obviously conducted Quantitative and Qualitative market research for Australian Shopify.com store operators because how else will they know the products I'd appreciate importing to my store, Cryptoboudoir.com.

Spocket.com has it all Ladies and Gentleman.

I am new to dropshipping and have alot of questions. Sprocket chat agents always understand my question and gives me the info I need to make my business profitable. I recently reached out because I needed help calculating shipping charges. Not only did Irene answer my questions regarding shipping charges, but also told me about the Aliscraper tool to help me manage my products. Great service!

It has been a great experience. The app is easy to use and works seamlessly with my Shopify store. I have been doing all the research and setup on my own with the help of videos and such. Spocket is the first app I started using when I setup my Shopify store and I couldn't be happier.

Spocket is absolutely unreliable and completely unprofessional. They have no real inventory tracking at all. I ran ads, spent thousands of dollars, and when orders finally started coming in, they canceled everything, claiming the product was “out of stock.”
Here’s the kicker — it showed high stock the entire time. No warnings, no updates, nothing. Just empty promises and lost money. Their system clearly doesn’t sync or update supplier inventory in real time.
If you value your business and your customers, do NOT rely on Spocket. They’ll leave you hanging when it matters most. A total waste of time, money, and trust.

As a beginner in dropshipping, Spocket made everything so simple. The interface is clean, products are high quality, and I don’t have to worry about long shipping times. Integration with Shopify is seamless. This app gave me confidence to start my store the right way..

This is one of the best things I have had in a while. They are always ready to help and answer questions. I’m extremely disappointed with Spocket’s billing practices. I was charged multiple times within the same billing cycle – $59.99 for the Professional plan, then $99.99 for the Empire plan twice, without clear explanation. Shopify also charged me $99 separately, bringing the total to over 350 USD for a month.

When I contacted Spocket support, they offered only 3 months of free service instead of a refund, even though the service didn’t add value to my store. After I questioned this further, they stopped responding to my chat entirely.

I'm now seeing many other users reporting similar issues — unclear billing, overlapping charges, and dismissive support. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank to file a dispute/chargeback as well as Shopify.

FARE REVIEW of SPOCKET

Things i love about Spocket is that they know the Audience they can focus on:

- US & EU, Winning Products, Temu & Alibaba, Private Label
- they have a good Service. Which hear and solve your issue ASAP.
-

But.....

what i don't like about Spocket:

- they call it US & EU, but when i scroll those products. Most of them are for US delivery. Expensive as hell like you can find such prices or even cheaper prices on every online store. So basically you can earn no Profit margin from it.

- They have a category for Temu etc..But for that you have to buy an APP names Alidrop which is also a Paid app so basically they will earn money for Spocket and maybe from Alidrop Affiliate/Partner commission.

- Winning products are very expensive and are very less products available in EU (Germany)

- Their Filter is very Bad. I mean sometimes you choose men clothes and you still get products from Women category, it can be because of UNISEX products but still it is buggy. Sometimes Filter has no affect at all.

- If i use only Aliexpress Feature and i want to import products it imports only half of product description but no Size chart, Not Real Price which shows on Aliexpress.

- In comparision to DSERS, i would say it still has a long way to import Products attributes from Ali express. DSERS makes life a lot easier.

- US & EU Category, Winning Products Category, Temu Category needs MAJOR REVAMP.

- Private Label consists only Cosmetic Products but it needs other product categories too.

- "Compare At Price" is not fully developed because it should be editable like "Sales Price" . Like i want to change all Prices at one click. I type my price in textfield and if i click "Set Compare At Price for all" it should change all. But there is no such button at all.

- AI Feature is PAID which is not good at all. Shopify, Chat gpt, Gemini all those other AIs having FREE versions too so why does SPOCKET charges for AI Feature even though we brought a paid year membership. It should contain all the features they have to offer. NOT FARE !

- They have very less Products than Aliexpress and mostly when you try to import in ur import list you get error that the product cannot be imported for xyz reasons. It is very annoying because you get such error on 75% Products.

SPOCKET needs FOCUS on these bugs, errors, feature requests otherwise i don't thing i will renew my subscription.

Great service and easy to use tools. Theres loads of amazing products to choose from and adding them to your store is simple. There are even products from suppliers in Au and UK as well as US & EU. The ability to easily import products from aliexpress is a great addition too.
