ReCharge has fantastic, quick customer service (even when you write them with questions that are clearly answered on their super handy FAQ page, lol). We also appreciate that they follow up to make sure your issues have been resolved and are always looking for feedback on ways to improve. Definitely makes managing hundreds of recurring charges much easier.
ReCharge allowed our company to offer subscriptions on our products in a matter of weeks! The ReCharge app works incredibly well on the back-end and the ReCharge team has phenomenal support. The customer portal also works extremely well for your customers. However, if you don't have an internal developer, you'll likely have to hire one to integrate the App into your store (we didn't receive the custom integration mentioned in the video). Overall, I would highly recommend this App!
