Excellent customer support. Invoices were auto-generated for all of our orders, rapidly exceeding our plan's limit. We only need to generate a handful of invoices, either for B2B orders or when B2C customers request this. Lewis set up a custom rule in our account to only auto-generate invoices for orders with the tag "wholesale" and removed the limit on our account (because we had exceeded the invoice limit) so that we could manually generate invoices again for B2C orders not containing the "wholesale" tag. All of this happened within under 5 minutes, hence I'm leaving this review. Very impressed!

Really a terrible experience! They advertise that you will pay $49 per month, and then I found myself charged a whopping €160 for just one month! I find this practice truly unfair! Be cautious and look for better alternatives on Shopify; there are more affordable and honest invoicing apps out there...

As mentioned in our email correspondence, Sufio did not charge you €160. This figure represents the total of your Shopify bill, which included fees from four other Shopify apps as well as your Shopify plan.
Sufio’s charges are processed via Shopify’s billing system, which operates on 30-day billing cycles. Based on your account history, there were eight plan changes within a single billing cycle. When this happens, Shopify prorates the charges to ensure you’re only billed for the days remaining in the cycle. Any overcharges are automatically offset by app credits (discounts) applied by Shopify, which reduces your overall cost. These adjustments are accurately reflected in your Shopify account and on the bill in question.
We do hope to restore your confidence in us. Should you decide to give Sufio another go, our team would be happy to assist you with any questions or setup requirements to ensure a seamless experience going forward.
Sufio is a great addition for working with B2B orders on non-shopify plus stores. Being able to (auto) create Invoices for certain orders (based on tags) and being able to fully modify/clone/delete them afterwards is great.
Also useful for keeping track what invoices are paid, and what invoices are sill waiting for payments.
Support is quick and effective.
