Excellent customer service! Above and beyond! Adam helped me work out an issue with integrating Tidio with Shopify. Took a long journey to find the culprits but we did it and he was patient and helpful. The app is amazing so far. We got it mainly for live chat and it is perfect! So much faster and better than Shopify Inbox. Tidio is in a different plane of existence if you compare it to Shopify Inbox. Not even close. Super fast load times and instant messaging across platforms. Looking forward to the integration of Instagram and Telegram (hopefully) someday. I highly recommend it!

The app is intuitive and easy to learn. I can easily set up a few chat bots that displays on different pages. The mobile app that goes with it makes it easy to answer customer queries on the run. There seem to be more functions for me to discover, but it has been great so far.

Looked at many apps to provide chat and site communication. All others took a lot of effort to actually configure to work properly. Tidio took a few minutes and all was set. get this app!

This is an excellent app which will allow me to interact with my customers in real-time. I'm hopeful that it will increase my sales in the short and long term.
The app stuffed up our theme and caused a major malfunction. In addition, after over a year they suddenly deleted our premium account, configured chatbot, and all the customer base for no reason. BEWARE!
