This app is amazing! Support is great and honestly just such a lifesaver. App is still being developed so certain settings may still be lacking but overall VERY SATISFIED!

Tidio requested that I review their plugin. The app barely works so my employee uses it in a browser tab. It works but could be a lot better.

Amazing app. It is really easy to configure it and offers an excellent free plan. If you want a quality live chat, you need this one in your store.

It's unfortunate the rating is limited to 5 stars. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are definitely a 100. 10x more than what it is. The support team for TIDIO is absolutely groundbreaking. I pressed forth many questions all of which were answered with extreme patience and I was provided the needed guidance to keep things moving. Moreover, the support went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all my questions were answered with impeccable precision. A shout out to Adam and Patrick for their tremendous support and wonderful courteousness. Truly awesome. !!!

I have just set up this app and was surprised at what it can do to support my business. I had one issue which I created when I first started. I contacted support and Rafal was online at once and provided the solution for me.
