When I first started my shopify account I wanted to spend money on other more expensive apps, so that my customer service. However I had wasted alot of money due to that mistake. I had done alot of research to find out the right App for a small size business to use that will not cost too much, but will have fantastic customer support as well as good features. Tidio is affordable and way better than the more expensive ones available and which I had tried for months before changing to Tidio. I would say what makes Tidio the best is the tech support. I had a technical problem that really needed fixing and since I am not an expert, I needed some guidance. A very patient and professional staff named Sara from Tidio customer service team assisted me with this from the start to the end. Thank you!

The Chat Bot lead generator, Communicator and Email all in one integration is amazing! It is 100% worth the money. Great app and even better customer service.

UPDATE:

10/12/15 - Just updated our mobile app as well as chrome extension - Absolutely flawless!

We also noticed more improvements in the UI & added settings for Responses.

We are confident to say Tidio is the best app on Shopify!

09/10/15 - It doesn't stop getting better. The facebook chat integration is absolutely brilliant. Automation works really well and has encouraged sale on targeted products. Very pleased with Tidio.

5/7/15 - Since our last review, there has been significant improvements on this app. All the issues we mentioned were swiftly rectified. Excellent customer service and quick development team.

Still a great app to use. The best available in my opinion.

4/7/15 - Really good app, very useful and user friendly. However, our experience with it has been a little frustrating.

Firstly, setting the opening time takes some skill to master the art of dragging the cursor to the exact o'clock required.

Secondly, the app keeps resetting our opening times and shows we are online when we aren't

Those are the only flaws we've seen. Overall, it's a really good app and we are well pleased. Thank you.

I left 6 months ago because all the replies to mobiles were jumbled and went with shopify inbox. Now its gone i've had to come back but i have the same problem. No one can read my replies via mobile. Also I find alot of the replies go to peoples junk mail and they never see them. I think its better to reply in the app.

Used this for quite a while and worked well. I got notifications on my mobile too which was very helpful. Its got a user friendly interface and easy to set up in minutes. The support on this app (even on a free version) is superb! Keep up the great work guys!

Incredible app, super easy set up and great UX. I've used Tidio at two companies I've worked at plus my own and it's the best app of its kind that I've tried. Their customer support is amazing too: big shout out to Mike for all his help!

I use Tidio for live chatting with my customers. It's easy to set up and works smoothly. On top of that Tidio team provided me with very prompt and knowledgeable support when I needed it. Like it very much, so far!
