Amazing app and a must have! Hands down.
Their API response is way too quick and exceeded my expectations. If I toggle my status from Tidio Android app from the phone, it reflects the status on my site in less than a second. BLAZING FAST!
On top of that, the chat and backend interface is way too user-friendly and modern.
These guys know what they are doing! Keep it up!

I will be the devils advocate here and do a real rating. I had problems with this application from the very beginning and its NOT smooth at all, and is very glitchy since the update as well.

Terrible customer service, very very glitchy on my desktop as well as my phone. Shows me notifications when I didn’t have any, was terrible with communicating with my mobile and desktop. I would get several notifications when I WAS the one who sent the messages. The update was horrible with geo location, no cart updates for customers and no cart information at all. The application is simply a glorified text message, nothing really that works great with Shopify. Just a terrible app.

On top of everything else, every time I went to customer service, they always had me do leg work, take a video, send screen shot, do this, do that, never looked into the situation at hand. Send you general links and information. Customer service is lazy, and simply never fixed any issues.

I will never be coming back to this chat application, was terrible from start to finish.

App fatta molto bene, fornisce già parecchi modelli da cui partire. Permette di fare tutti i test del caso, si impara rapidamente. Unico consiglio forse fornire più indicazioni in fase di costruzione del chatbot.

I absolutely love this software, it is awesome. It makes you feel so good when you hear the sounds to let you know that someone has entered your store :-). To be able to design our own popup/messages is so awesome as well. thank you!

this app is really great, the customer service is great they listen to their customer and provide the best advice, I'm very satisfied with this app so far no complains, I'm currently on the free plan and I will be upgrading to the premium plan soon.

This app is pretty darn cool. It was super easy to install and set up to my liking. It's so neat that I can see where my customers are on my site in real time. Plus I can see where they are from and what browser they are using. Such useful information. It's great to have this available to answer any questions my customers might have with real time customer service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Tidio!!
