Tidied was so easy to install. And the off-line messaging works unlike olark which I was using before this. The chat pop-up is a little bit bigger than I'd like it and I wish I could control the size of it otherwise it works great!

We've been using Tidio for few months and I have to tell you... This is a "must have app". A lot of cool features and an excellent support team. I had an issue during the upgrade process (my fault) and they were fast to respond and solve my problem.
