Annette not only took care of the problem I had quickly and efficiently but also took the time to make my tracking page look aesthetically more pleasing and match my shop's theme. I'm still in the early stages of my shop, so I'm only using the Free option at the moment, but I definitely plan on upgrading as things pick up. I highly recommend this app!
