Fantastic app, fantastic support! We downloaded the app and the default styling wasn't all that appealing on our theme, so we contacted their support team to see if they could help. We explained that we are a small business and that we have a limited knowledge of CSS and wanted to know if they could assist us with some very simple changes (the alignment of the app was off). They got back with us quickly and offered to lend a hand. Their support staff asked us what was going on, and after telling them what we needed, they went in and adjusted the styling of the app according to our requests. Not only did they go above and beyond, but they were able to do it within a day of us asking for help. You don't find this type of support these days. Aside from being extremely happy with their support, the app works exactly as specified, and looks great too. We would definitely recommend it!

I am at a loss for words - because I have been looking for an app like this for 1.5 months! After trying app after app, wasting money and just "ok" support - this app and support completely blew my mind!

As a dropshipper, I needed support for multiple carriers, and needed to control the information that appears to better my customer experience. It is almost like this app was built FOR dropshippers, because they offer everything I didn't even know I needed.

The support (Matt) is exceptional - willing to help with anything you need and proactively offering solutions and adjustments to ensure the app is a PERFECT fit for you. I am so sad it took me so long to find them, but I can truly relax now knowing my customers' #1 inquiry will be answered by their app, giving me time back to work on my business. So, it pays for itself.

I used this app since my store opened, and it works great. Easy to track, analyze, integrates in sec.
I recently changed my store theme, and it had some issues on the display within the tracktor page, and their support replies quick and solved my problem with a helpful manner and speed.

It was fairly easy to install and covers the carriers which are missing from Shopify. Happy with this app so far.
