This app has taken my store to the next level... what's more, the few hiccups I had, support was all over it. They respond very quickly and go above and beyond. They have really taken care of me, and I am extremely pleased with the app and the support.
WOW! I'm so glad I've found Vitals, I've installed it for a few days, still checking out all apps, but so far, I'm so glad to find most of my needed apps working on one platform in harmony with each others, I don't need to install so many apps and slow down my website. Customer support is amazing and responding very fast. Definitely a worthwhile app and a great team behind it!
So far so good. Was able to eliminate 4 or 5 apps using this which not only improved my site speed immediately but I was able to save $25/month overall. Also drilled them with a bunch of emails about a lot of the functionality as I'm new to it and they resolved all questions I had in under 5 hours. Thanks!
Literally my favorite app. Considering it has over 30+ apps, it's amazing that all of them work as well as they do. The amount of money you'll save by installing VITALS is crazy, and the developer team is super responsive. I've already installed this app on multiple of my stores and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

I absolutely love this APP that has so many features, it makes it easy to keep up with the data and increase conversions. Super easy to use, asthetically pleasing, and reasonably priced. All the other individual apps slowed my site down tremendously. This App makes the load time quicker! I highly recommend it.
This is the 2nd store I have installed Vitals on. The theme I am using for this store has a lot of the apps included in Vitals. I installed it on this 2nd store because of the reviews app. It is outstanding! I have tried others but this is by far the best reviews app out there in my opinion. And as a bonus, I have all the other apps that my theme doesn't have built-in. Oh, and I like the icons for the currency app better than the ones on my theme. These are much prettier.
I am SO stoked to have discovered and added the Vitals app to my Shopify store for many reasons: its functionality, the depths of its offerings, and the solid & responsive interface to name just a few. Where I'm REALLY blown away is by the customer service. Super fast response times & super fast and effective resolutions. Not to mention that more often than not, they've offered up solutions to problems I didn't even know I had until I had the answer sitting right in front of me. I can't recall the last time I felt such a deep and serious commitment to customer service. So grateful to know they've got my back 100%.
