Good app overall, but what makes the app truly great is the outstanding customer support. Always ready to help and fix anything I can't figure out myself.
Thank you for this, and for being straight about it. Support carrying Vitals up to "great" is a compliment I'll take, but it also tells me something: every time you have to ask us, the app didn't make that thing clear on its own. We'd rather earn the "great" before you need us.
