I've been using Active Campaign for almost two years and I'm very happy with it. I find it easy to use with the various features available. Once I capture a client through Shopify, there are numerous ways to communicate. I love the templates you can choose from for a professional looking email. The analytics are very thorough. I highly recommend it.
This app has been great to merge the order info and eCommerce from Shopify with the ease and functionality of Active Campaigns. I love having a one-stop-shop with Active, and the customer service is always top-notch which is crucial as a small business. Overall, I can't imagine running our business without it. I use AC with Shopify because it's robust without being complicated. I've used a couple of other email marketing platforms and AC is by far my favorite. The only thing I wish it could do is magically recognize when a customer leaves a review and start an automation!

CRM app similar to Hubspot, or Zendesk, but with a focus on automated marketing campaigns. We tried this out, but found it did not meet our needs, which was more towards sales funnel. Pricing was reasonable, with consulting time built into the mid/higher tier plans. Good customer support.
Active Campaign has helped to streamline our gym business. Before this software we were manually recording leads and notes and now we have the ability to track and tag to target our database. the customer service is also spot on and really responsive with regular updates and improvements.
