Very strong for automations, integrates with lots of apps and they're constantly updating the platform - new email builder is great.
We love ActiveCampaign. The automations system is excellent, the platform in general is super easy to use, and we've been able to implement many drip campaigns that have been quite successful. Plus, the customer service is A+.

Also we were able to connect two separate shopify sites which consolidated our data and made it easier to segment customers/donors. We love this app.
