I switched over from "Restocked Alerts" and it was for the better. I'm paying $5 more compared to the other app but with this app, I don't have to deal with the headaches that the other app caused. Matt from the support team has been great! I sent them an email requesting some assistance with setting up the app and within a few hours, I got a response. I definitely recommend this app!
We have been using this app for more than a month and we certainly see the benefits. The app analytics tell us about the conversion from emails. We are quite pleased with the ROI. We strongly recommend this app!

If you need help you are on your own, they recommend that you contact a developer - it is not fair to call it support, sorry.
The app generally works well for us. The support is no more than ok. We asked for a simple thing like changing the font, but got turned down. After a while we figured it out ourselves, even though we have no coding skills. Should have been an easy fix.

Thanks for your review! We are sorry that you did not have a great experience with the support team. Changing the font can easily be applied under the Edit menu of the feature (email template, signup form, product page button) that you wish to change it on. If the font is a custom one, then we would need the referencing the external style sheet. I would recommend finding your font, or one suitable here: https://fonts.google.com/. We would then add this link in the head of the app from our end.

Costs to much for the service provided and not making us much or any money at all. Disappointed in the months we have spend so much money for it.

Great App. Generates a good amount of what would have been missed revenue had we not had the app. Highly recommend.
***Updated. Unfortunately, I had to lower the score. Restock notifications are no longer sending instantly or near instantly. They are taking at least 30 mins. to hours. This is bothersome because it causes us to think something is wrong and we spend an unnecessary amount of time trying to trouble shoot.
They also have a "chat" service but no one is ever available, so it turns into just an "email us" feature.
***Update again. Restocks not sending, we have to contact support every time we have an inventory update. We will not be renewing our membership.
The app has helped us to take customer service to a new level. We liked how easy the setup has been and how friendly & superior the customer service has been.

I set this up in 8 minutes, it's amazing. Everything worked out of the box...I mean everything. Highly recommend and rarely give 5 stars for anything, but I'd give this 6 if I could.
Quick, great assistance when I needed it. I wanted to make the floating button stationary and the team got it squared away within hours!
