Customer service has been very quick and efficient. Thank you. The app is helping us with customizations that we couldn't do w shopify alone, although i wish it were allowed to operate more fully (control over shipping address fields, etc) and not be forced to fit inside shopify restraints.

Clemency went on and beyond helping us setup the app to workaround some basic issues with Shopify POS (two locations result in double shipping costs and no pickup availability when ordering items from both locations). Please note; this works for domestic orders only. Also helped me as the developer of the store to make sure everything worked and looked good during a team-call. Couldn't be more happy! Our team definitely recommends this app. We weren't expecting that it would be powerful enough to include smart rules for order notifications (in our case, we needed specific e-mail addresses to be alerted about new orders depending on which pickup location was chosen during Checkout), but it did just that, saving us the time and hassle of sourcing another app to handle order notifications.
We also weren't expecting the ability to set prep time rules for individual products, so that was great. (A quick note to other Shopify merchants thinking about using this app — the prep time rules ONLY work on the product level, and NOT the product variant level. So if you have two different prep times depending on which variant of a product is being purchased, you'll need to split those products apart.)
Special shoutout to Sebastian, who was extremely generous and helpful with the numerous questions I was asking during my initial exploration of the app. He even helped troubleshoot some things completely unrelated to the app, so he definitely went above and beyond!

I am using this app integrated with their Delivery Rates by Zip Code app and they did everything we needed for our site! I was worried we had too many rules and logistics for our ordering process and methods, but this app handled it all! I also needed help with a few areas and their support is great! They emailed detailed descriptions for the solutions and replied quickly to my emails every time I reached out. Definitely recommend!!
