First of all, the customer service alone should be reason enough to choose this app. Any issue we've encountered has been promptly responded to and resolved by going above and beyond.
As an online shop with food sales, we could not function without the Zapiet App. It allows us to customize everything we need for pick up and delivery. Specific pick-up times, delivery dates, and most importantly preparation time which allows us to put together the freshest ingredients and fresh bake custom orders.

I use this app to allocate orders across locations based on customer postcode. The app itself works great but what I really like is that the support is second to none. Quick to respond, happy to go into the app and fix code where needed, and generally very positive and helpful no matter how basic my questions or obvious it is that I have done something incorrectly. If this app brings the functionality you need its worth a try.

The service we received from the Zapiet Store Pick up + Delivery team was excellent (Clemency- Thanks! Stephanie- Thanks!) We wanted to hide pick up times during Christmas Week and especially on 12/24/22 because we are closing early on that day (which is Christmas Eve). I did a work around and cut off pick up on every Saturday at 2 pm in December but thats not great for busy Saturdays. They were quick to respond and were so helpful in solving issues with a changed theme on shopify. Customer service was great!
We only use a small subset of the functionality of this app - the ability for customers to select a delivery date for their orders - but it works very well for us. The most important things is the quality of the customer support. Their team (notably Kitty) have gone above and beyond for us multiple times to help with customised solutions to problems specific to our business.

If you offer pick up and local delivery this really is an APP you can’t be without.
The support is second to none, Sam has always been just an E-mail away with advice and and helping hand along the way. Carlsberg don’t make Shopify Apps but if they did......
Top APP... Top guys.
