Just added Cross-Sell to our Shopify store and I must say their service is outstanding! Many Shopify APP providers are quick to inquire if they can aid in the set-up process. The Cross-Sell team beats them all, in my view. They were eager to help, took over the process for me and even offered to customize their APP to suit our needs.
I'm quite excited to see how it performs!
Looks great, and is cheaper then all the others.
BUT...
They need some major feature to enhance and speed up the use of their app.
No Bulk upload!! Seriously?
No Cross sell Templates that can be added to collections?
No reporting?
Very time consuming and tedious as all hell.
We have seen conversions with this app. So it has paid for itself with in 30 days.
Support was good and replied quickly.
I just don't get why the enhancements of bulk update or templates attaching to collections is taking so long to complete.
Cross-Sell does not provide the same kind of customer service that you're used to. It is far beyond that. They will do every thing they can to get what you need accomplished in a VERY timely manner. Highly recommended.
Just installed and still evaluating, but... works great so far! It took very little effort to install and set up. For the one small customization we needed to make, support was amazingly quick to respond and helped to get us where we wanted to be by the next day.
First off, the support is phenomenal! I have never come across an app developer willing to help to the extent that Cross-Sell does.
The app is extremely well thought out. The dashboard and user interface is very intuitive. was up and running very quickly and I feel that the Cross-Sell app gives a highly polished look and feel to the site. Cross-Sell truly makes the eCommerce experience feel big league.
So far so good, there's a few things that need to be looked into but Steve was extremely helpful in setting up the app on our site and more than accommodating in making the app fit with our theme!
Fantastic set-up service - it was all set up for me very quickly with great communication from Stuart - and on a Sunday evening too! Impressive. Thanks again for all your help. I look forward to using the app.
