Great app with an excellent support team. We've been using it since 2015 to differentiate between our regular customers and our wine club customers and then offer wine club customers automatic discounts on wines when they log into their profiles, as well as exclusive products and/or offers which are only revealed and made shoppable to Wine Club customers on login.

We've had multiple situations where we needed to reach out to the support team to advise and/or assist us on customisations, custom/manual code installs or integrations with other apps, and each time the support team have been very responsive and helpful.

Most recently (March 2023), we've had excellent support from Chandan.

There are definitely some drawbacks for us to the app itself, as it tends to conflict with other apps we'd like to use. Our latest challenge is that we can only work with version 1 of the app due to our specific requirements - we want to be able to use discount codes in addition to group/membership pricing, which is not possible with V2 and V3 of the Custom Pricing app. Unfortunately, V1 does not integrate with Shopify 2.0 themes, so we cannot upgrade our current theme to a newer version at this stage.

It would also be great to have longer support 'office' hours to cater for all time zones. We are based in South Africa (CAT) and the Bold Support team is on CST (8-hour difference) so we only have limited overlapping work hours, which become problematic when custom work results in website downtime as it extends it unnecessarily, purely because the Bold team only work 9-5 in their time zone.

Nonetheless, the app works well for our current set up and the support team is great.

Great application. Any lack of documentation was more than made up for by the stellar support team. They even got back to me on a Saturday! Friendly and knowledgeable, they knew the answers to my questions before I even knew what to ask! 10/10

They've made improvements over time that make this the best pricing tool on Shopify. So easy to use. Gets the job done. And extremely responsive support. I recommend you give them a try.

BOLD = AWESOME!

I own an E-Liquid Company, We sell retail and and wholesale from our site. We have a number of product and pricing variants. The Customer Pricing App from Bold has made my life so easy! At first I was overwhelmed with all the scary code. The helpful support team from BOLD made installation a breeze and guided me on the right track to getting it working right! Since then, I have been able to assign customer specific pricing for a number of our tiered accounts! The best part is my customers love how simple it is to order from us, which means they are more likely to order again! I could not of accomplished it without the amazing team from BOLD!

We were having pricing issues so an urgent request was sent out. Despite the time difference, they sent back a response (almost immediately), filled with detailed instructions, screenshot images, and with a genuine passion to help.

That last part, you have to truly appreciate - Technical expertise is one thing, but to be genuine in your passion to help others, that's another.

Great new App that replaces the work of multiple apps to create the same function. Customer service was quick and efficient.

We have been using this app for 3 months and it has answered all of our needs. Though I am not techy, the BOLD team have been excellent and very responsive in assisting me with what was begining to feel like an impossible task.

We supply worldwide at Retail price, Wholesale price and distribution price and have products that incur 3 different tax codes.
We supply Countries which are both zero tax and standard tax.

After trying several other apps, the straight % discount which seem to be usually on offer from other sources did not fulfill our requirements.

We found this app to have the ability, to deal with all of it.

I read so many reviews on so many apps, if I were to read this I may well think its fake... but... It's not... Good Luck!

Excellent App! We run the enhanced version and it works a treat. Easy to wrap your head around and work things out. If you have any trouble the guys are there to help. Excellent to run deals and discounts in your store as well as offer hidden wholesale prices to select customers.

The BOLD Customer Pricing app has saved countless hours for our team. For each product we select, wholesale pricing tiers are created automatically. This adds up to hundreds of variants created automatically, that would take days to set up manually. Where Shopify has struggled to create anything for wholesale/reseller pricing, this app has made simple. On top of that, Mohit with their support team helped update the scripts and correct customization, providing details of the updates along the way. Absolutely phenomenal support for an app that is critical to our success.

Having some issues with app at times.. customer service seems to try to resolve the issue. So far they have been able to resolve the issues I have.
