Great product and support. A bit tricky to set up, but once everything is in place it works great!

Great app, very easy to use and if any extra help is needed then the support team is amazing. Might seem overwhelming at first but once you get into it, so easy to set it all up and populate the data. The fee is also fixed per month so very straightforward and makes budgeting easy.
We have launched a lighting pendant customisation app and Vladislav has helped me to make quite drastic changes very fast and efficiently (as we had specific rules and vision) so we have managed to launch it earlier than we had planned.
We really love this app. It has provided us with new businesses by enabling custom product options to become available. Their support team is excellent, providing on-the-go support whenever we need help. With inventory management for custom options, auto-generated variants, product information, SKU management, custom fonts, etc., it is undoubtedly the best custom product builder out there. I highly recommend them for your needs
I have used this app on a few occasions and each time I've had questions. I reached out to their customer service and everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful. Vlad is great at helping to troubleshoot and figure out the best solutions. I would recommend this app for anyone who needs to add a customization feature to their products.
An update to my last review...Egor And Lex have been great! They are very helpful and admit that this can be a challenging learning curve because of the options and level of sophistication it can achieve. I'm confident that by the time I (we) have everything up and running that this will be a 5 star review! Thank you, Lex and Egor, for your help!
Update: Support really tries and offers custom solutions and quick developer support! I will update again after the support solves my issues.
Support tries to help but the tool is really not worth 50$ a months... First I could not save changes, not front view collides with other views and cannot save it properly. Jumps back to front all the time.

We are really sorry that you have experienced issues while trying out our Custom Product Builder App. There may be many reasons for why it happened. For example an older browser version, theme setup or other custom apps & scripts in your store may conflict with our application.
We are 3-person bootstrapped team and we have helped many Shopify merchants to set up their custom products using our application. We understand that our app is not ideal and we always try to come to the rescue whenever someone has issues. This app is the most versatile app on the market. It allows you to do some very subtle and complicated manipulation of the preview image. It also allows for infinite price variants and conditional logic. There are a few bugs but it seems like the dev/support team works around the clock to make sure everything is working right.
