I have used this app on a few occasions and each time I've had questions. I reached out to their customer service and everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful. Vlad is great at helping to troubleshoot and figure out the best solutions. I would recommend this app for anyone who needs to add a customization feature to their products.

This app is the most versatile app on the market. It allows you to do some very subtle and complicated manipulation of the preview image. It also allows for infinite price variants and conditional logic. There are a few bugs but it seems like the dev/support team works around the clock to make sure everything is working right. I had an idea in mind and was searching for an app that would do it. I reached out to them and they said no problem. After jumping on a video they helped me go step by step through it and answered all my questions. I use their app daily and whenever I have questions they answer it quickly and are so helpful, definitely recommend!

So robust, and quite easy to use considering how complex it is! Also, customer support is amazing! They respond within a day and were able to help me with advanced technical issues and help me with my CSS.

It is a powerful tool, does everything I need it to, works quite fast, and has so many options that aren't too hard to use.

Customer service is horrible. I have been waiting for things to get fixed on my website and I can't seem to get anyone to help me. Nobody should have to wait this long for support. If nobody can help me ASAP, I will have to move on to another app. I will be happy to revise my review once my issues are fixed.

Hands down the best product customization tool out there for Shopify. It's extremely robust, they've thought of everything in terms of logic and customization. I've paid them to do some custom dev work for me as well, they're super responsive and helpful. Can't recommend them enough!

I was a little unlucky to get this app right after they did a big update so there were a few bugs. Once I got in contact with there support they went thought all the problems I had and fixed everything. I'm really happy how it is all working out. Overall good app and good support!
