I've been using this app for a while now and find it great. It is simple and does what's required and it's free, so I can't ask for more. The only issue I find is after uploading a pdf, the options are not available immediately but a simple refresh of the page and they are there. Support was great too when I needed help!

This did not work at all. Did not provide the digital download at checkout, nor did it send an email with the link.

It has worked well for me so far. I have about 50 digital products (I sell watercolor clipart packs) and so far I have had no issues. I've had this app for about 6 months so far and so far so good. Thank you!

Was working fine but now it's buggy and won't let me add any new digital products. Shame as it worked fine previously

You can try using a different web browser to login to your Shopify Admin and access the application. If the application works in the new browser, I recommend clearing the cache and cookies of the previous browser, as this should clear the problem. If the issue persists in the new browser, I recommend uninstalling, and then reinstalling the application.

I have used digital downloads for YEARS. For the past few months I’ve experienced numerous issues with my customers not being able to download their orders. I can’t get into products to attach files as well. Service has been not helpful. No explanation. No we will fix it etc. The last support email suggested I switch to a different provider. If only that was so easy when you have 1000+ digital files to MOVE. So upsetting.
