I was helped by Neva on a payment issue I had with Shopify through DSers and AliExpress. They were honestly very helpful at explaining the process to me and took me step by step explaining everything the whole way.
I also learned so much from them, and now understand how the processing truly works. I hope everybody gets to work with Neva at some point. still cant believe how much i learned from them and how easily it was for them to troubleshoot and help me with my issues

Accidentally fulfilled my own order and was super confused by what was going on. Luckily, I had Lennon to help me with my problem. It only took about 20 minutes to figure out what was happening. Lennon eventually manually fixed the error and also gave me steps to fix it if I were to accidentally fulfill orders again. 10/10 great experience!
