It does not give me succinct reasoning when a product is rejected, just says against commercial policies.
Accepts half of our products, but not the other half.
All are meat products!

I found it diffcult to list products as some would be declined without an explanation as to why this was, other than 'commerce policies'. This didn't help me rectify the problem with editing product descriptions etc., the specific issue needs to be given. The help from the developers was limited.

I am really disappointed as my Shopify account cannot show the catalogue in social media, Facebook and Instagram. It is under review for more than 4 weeks and I do not get any support.

Dear Meta,

I'm giving you a 1 star review, because of 2 serious issues I have no opportunity to solve on my own through Meta on Shopify.

Firstly, a product of mine - Bamboo Men's Briefs - keeps getting rejected, even after I have requested a review over the decision for my product to be rejected because of supposedly it not following Meta Commerce Policies.

I do not see how Bamboo Men's Briefs could be in breach of Meta Commerce Policies, hence I kindly request for my product to be approved.

Secondly, on the Instagram Shop Builder, there is this cover photo, which I did not choose to place there and I cannot replace it, nor can I remove it, as it is not associated with my brand Tough Muscles (I'm wearing a Tommy Hilfiger hoody and Calvin Klein tracksuit bottoms, which are clothes I have no intention of marketing).

If you could be so kind, as to assist me in getting my Briefs approved, so I could start tagging Tough Muscles products on my Instagram reels and my cover photo removed from my Instagram Shop (or to let me know how to do that myself), I would be more than happy to leave another review, this time with 5 stars, describing my potentially positive experience in regards to getting my kind requests approved.
