A lot of in and outs that is confusing

This app is good and it is widely use in terms of marketing in shopify, I highly recommend this one guys.
Had a lot of problems but now for over two weeks-going three I can't publish any ads from Shopify via Facebook. I constantly get the same error message "A problem with Facebook prevented your activity from being published. Try to republish in a few minutes." I tried multiple things, uninstalled the app, installed it again, disconnected my account, and connected it again, nothing really works.

I was setting up the Facebook Shop for our Shopify Store. It seems to be working well until it was dissaproved. I need to see what changes are required to get it approved.

Setting up a FB shop was rather simple via this app, just click through and done.
But I had a huge issue: in FB shop, 'checkout on the website' button on every product page would lead to an error page that reads 'Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: channel'
I wrote to shopify support, got an answer that the issue was escalated to the technical team and I shall expect an answer in max 72 hours.
Never heard back since. Very disappointed...
Then I disconnect everything and re-install and re-create the shop, same error pages...

I used this app to help me set up. It was wonderful and very helpful. will recommend to all my friends.
I think it can be a little more informative in the beginning about the shop. Is the shop separate from the actual page? It is straight forward with the set up for the most part.
I've had a few issues loading some apps, but this one made it simply. I was thrilled. No unexplained errors or weird questions.
