c'est de la merde clairement il y a rien de claire votre politique est faite comme vous avez envie rien de juste meta qui te prend pour un putain de bot sans arrêt vous bloquer nos pub comme ca vous arrange a part nous faire galèrer vous nous servais a rien

I used this app cause it really helps me advertising my business and I'll continue using it to help grow my business
Worked well for about 2 weeks before the app integration disconnected Shopify. Now my Facebook, Instagram & Messenger are no longer integrated with Shopify and the app will not recognize my Meta pages. I have contacted both Shopify and FB customer support. Neither was able to help and neither followed up as promised. Meta is our largest customer referral source and we are losing money every day the integration is broken!

It sounds as though you may have been affected by a known outage on Facebook, which prevented users from logging into their Facebook accounts. It has since been resolved by their team, but I'm going to follow up with you over email to open up the lines of communication and see how we can provide more support for you on this.

This user friendly app especially for newbie. I fin it more convenient and with precision especially for merchants.
I used it to help start the set up of my business. So far so good. It was a little difficult to navigate at first.
I have been waiting for a month and my store is still in review. I even emailed Facebook and they are no help. They just say keep waiting.

I really liked how fast my facebook channel set up and smoothly I have got done everything while setting up the channel
Items are saying they are visible in Shopify, FB and IG, they do not show on either of the profile. And they are active.
