I used this app to help me integrate my new shopify store with facebook but after running ads for less than a week my ad account was disabled. The problem is with facebook AI and this app not working properly and I see other customers with the exact same issue.

Shopify doesn't have a hand in restricting Ad accounts as this comes directly from Facebook, however I'm going to look closer at your store to see if there is anything I can do to help, and follow up with you in an email.

i found the setup a bit tricky as i had a couple of pixels and found little info as to which one will be the right one to use , got there in the end

I'm having problems since yesterday to configure the pixel in the Virtual Store -> Preferences -> configure facebook (pixel), it just returns the error "Sorry, something went wrong.
We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."
